**Job Title: Operations Executive**
**Location**: Business Bay, Dubai
**Company**: Future Vision Business Service
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in operations within the business setup industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with government departments such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zones
- Handle document collection, submission, and follow-up with authorities
- Assist in improving operational procedures and client satisfaction
- Ensure timely processing of all client requirements with attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE business setup operations
- Familiar with DED, Free Zone, and offshore company formation procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus

**Salary**: Based on experience
**Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred
