**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Teaching**:

- Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Finance and/or Economics.
- Develop course materials, assessments, and learning activities in line with accreditation standards.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects or theses.

**Research & Publications**:

- Engage in high-quality research leading to publications in reputable academic journals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary research initiatives.
- Seek external research funding and grants where appropriate.

**Academic Service**:

- Participate in curriculum development and program review.
- Serve on departmental and institutional committees.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career development.

**Qualifications and Experience:Required**:

- Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated ability or potential to publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of teaching excellence at the university level.

**Preferred (for Associate level)**:

- Minimum of 5 years of academic teaching and research experience.
- A strong track record of publications and funded research projects.
- Experience with international accreditation processes (e.g., AACSB, EQUIS).
- Industry experience or practical knowledge relevant to Finance/Economics is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Doctorate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
