**Social Media Manager
- JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our social media platforms. You will also be responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages. Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis is a mandatory task. You should also be supervising social media campaigns. Furthermore, you should have a strategic mindset and always think out of the box.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Developing engaging social media strategies on all platforms.

Managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, You tube, tik tok,snapchat etc.

Scheduling social media posts. Making a calendar for social Media in advance for 1 month

Engaging followers with regular client updates regarding the product

Responding to the comments of followers for social media on time.

Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising.

Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.

Analyzing and identifying social media trends

Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.

Optimizing social media content effectively.

Coordinating with other team members for job related work.

Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.

Staying UpToDate for the latest updates like New products trending in the personal care industry or the new ingredients used in the product.

Think of strategies to educate customers before they buy, or thinking effective strategies to educate customers.

Identifying influencers relevant to personal care industry and collaborating with them for product promotion.

Responsible for sending them Gift Hampers and negotiating them for the rates.

Graduation with Digital Marketing Certification
Proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position.
Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs.

Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.

Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms.

Good team management skills.

Good editing skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.

Ability to write catchy content.

In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Sound knowlwdge of SEO/SEM is preferred

Sound Editing skills in softwares like Adobe Photoshop is required.

EXPERIENCE- 2-5 YEARS,MBA Preferred: EXPERIENCE IN SKINCARE CARE INDUSTRY WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE

LOCATION: DUBAI

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
