We are looking for a **Shawarma Chef** to join our team immediately and prepare delicious meals for our customers.

Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menu’s and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to follow the tasks given by the head chef, to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.

**Responsibilities**
- Arrange the kitchen utensils ready for cooking meal and, like knives, Shawarma rod and kitchen scale.
- Follow each recipe given by its ingredients.
- Prepare food in a timely manner.
- Ensure appealing plate presentation.
- Monitor food stock and make it ready for second time if necessary
- Monitor freshness of marinated chicken and discard out-of-date items.
- Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Shawarma Chief.
- Hands-on experience with various Arabic Shawarma’s.
- Team Leading skills and polite in attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Shawarma Chef : 2 years (required)
- Arabic Shawarma : 1 year (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Levantine / Lebanese: 2 years (required)
- Shawarma Chef: 5 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sharjah: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
