Facilities Manager required to manage a TFM/Non-TFM Contract in AJMAN/DUBAI.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as FM in UAE
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous Experience in handling projects of large size (300 + Manpower (Hard Service/ Soft Service/ Hospitality Services/ Inside Units + Specialized Jobs subcontractors)
- Previous experience in handling government and non-government contracts/ clients.
- Previous Experience managing team of engineers/ supervisors/ contractors
- Previous experience in handling subcontracts/ specialized jobs.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
