**Infoperformance** is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our clinic's human resources functions. This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our organization's goals and values.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.

3. Coordinate and conduct employee orientation programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

4. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and other legal requirements.

6. Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

7. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.

9. Advise and assist managers on HR-related matters, including performance evaluations, career development, and employee coaching.

10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

2. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

3. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment standards.

4. Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes, performance management, and employee development.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

6. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

8. Proficiency in HR software and systems.

9. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

10. Must speak Russian / English

11. Must have clinic experience
