**Position Overview**

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused **Beauty Salon Receptionist (Female)** to be the first point of contact for our clients. She will manage front-desk operations, handle bookings, and ensure excellent client service while supporting the smooth running of the salon.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Management**:

- Welcome clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage client appointments, schedules, and walk-ins efficiently.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide information about salon services, prices, and promotions.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints politely.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Process payments (cash, card, online).
- Maintain accurate client records and update salon management software.
- Assist with daily reports, sales tracking, and receptionist paperwork.
- **Salon Support**:

- Coordinate with beauticians and staff regarding appointments.
- Assist in promoting products and services to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.

**Requirements**:

- Female, with prior experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (preferably in a salon/spa/hospitality setting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and experience with salon booking systems (preferred).
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in hospitality/beauty field preferred).
- Minimum **1-2 years of receptionist or front desk experience**.
