Must have 5+ Years of Change Management / Transformation experience
Open to work on 12 months contract

**The job holder’s role is to support Director, Organizational Effectiveness in driving and implementing transformation & change management initiatives to support the Company’s objectives and improve efficiencies within the organization.**
- Min 5-8 years’ experience
- Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.
- Effective facilitation and influencing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and communications skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Project management and planning skills.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Able to cope with pressure.Good problem-solving skills. Team player & able to collaborate with others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
