JOB PURPOSE:
The Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Diversity (WID) Lead plays a key role in supporting and executing the group’s Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Diversity initiatives, programmes, and campaigns in alignment with our overarching W.I.D. strategy and objectives. This role supports the Group Director in raising awareness and promoting inclusive practices within the organisation, ensuring that wellbeing is seamlessly integrated into all business operations. The W.I.D. Lead manages our W.I.D. scorecard and diversity dashboard, tracking and reporting on our progress to meet business and ESG reporting requirements. By doing so, this role reinforces our commitment to fostering a sustainable and inclusive workplace where every individual can thrive.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- **Manage WI&D Events**: Support the planning and execution of the annual WI&D calendar of events, ensuring successful implementation of all events.
- **Program Implementation**: Assist with the execution of WI&D programmes, campaigns, and initiatives to address the evolving business needs.
- **Facilitation and Awareness building**:Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote WI&D concepts and foster inclusive behaviours organisation-wide.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Coordinate across functions, such as Group people, communication & branding, HSE, as well as external vendors to help drive and execute WI&D initiatives effectively.
- **Engagement & Relationship Management**: Connect with regional and BU WI&D leads to consolidate and collect regional WI&D initiatives/ milestones and provide support as needed
- **Connexions Page Management**: under the advice of the Group Director, update the Connexions page with the latest initiatives and news to inform and engage employees.
- **Project Tracking**: Monitor WI&D projects, ensuring milestones are met raising any risks or obstacles promptly with Group Director for action.
- **Budget Management**: Support the management and tracking of the WI&D budget, ensuring cost-effective programme implementation without compromising quality.
- **Administrative and Event Support**: Provide administrative assistance for WID events & team meetings, such as managing meetings agendas, schedule events and organize team communications.
- **Perform other related duties as required**.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in multinational organization corporation within Human Resources, or Wellbeing, Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) programs/ project implementation. Proven track record in implementing and managing WI&D initiatives or programs.
- Expertise in Wellbeing, Inclusion & Diversity: Comprehensive understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, wellbeing practices, and sustainable business strategies.
- Facilitation Skills: Experience in designing and delivering workshops, training sessions, and learning modules related to WI&D.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to create clear and engaging internal communications for WI&D initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Reporting and Analytical Skills: Proficient in preparing detailed reports and tracking project progress. Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting is advantageous.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Additional language skills are beneficial, especially for roles involving diverse regional teams.
- Professionalism: Demonstrates a professional demeanour and maintains composure in fast-paced or challenging situations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

**Duration: This is a Temporary role for a period of 11 months, based in UAE.
