**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
**Identify and target potential clients in the retail, hospitality, and office sectors.**
**Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.**
**Sales & Marketing**:
**Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.**
**Present company services and solutions effectively to clients.**
**Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations.**
**Market Research**:
**Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the interior design and build industry.**
**Coordination & Reporting**:
**Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.**
**Maintain accurate records of sales, activities, and client communications.**
**Networking**:
**Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote.**
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in the interior design or construction industry).**
**Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.**
**Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**
**Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**
**Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**
**Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
