Technical Manager

**Job Location**: Sharjah, UAE

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**
- Participate in clients’ project teams to manage the timely delivery of technical elements, validations, and post-sale issue resolutions

**Systems and Solutions Development**
- Manage the development of systems and solutions, and implement changes as needed to ensure both internal and external deliverables are completed on time and according to requirements.

**Technical Infrastructure Management**
- Oversee service agreements and provide support for various systems and solutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted technical operations.
- Periodically review and approve departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure alignment with business goals and security standards.

**Industrialization**
- Prepare all technical elements required for production, including data processing, personalization scripts, and test tools, etc.

**Data Processing**
- Manage the availability of various inputs (data, scripts, job validation, etc.) for the personalization department.

**Security Certifications**
- Manage security policies and procedures in compliance with scheme standards.
- Participate in periodic Security Management Group meetings to review the implementation of security measures (as required by Visa, MasterCard, PCI-DSS).
- Oversee external security audits to ensure timely renewal of certifications (Visa, MasterCard, PCI-DSS, GSM-SAS, UPI).

**Pre-Sales Support**
- Assist the Sales Team during pre-sales meetings with potential clients by presenting the company’s products and services.

**Prototyping and Product Qualification**
- Ensure the preparation of prototypes and proofs of concept. Lead the qualification of test cards in coordination with the customer’s technical team to secure sign-off on Acceptance Plans.
- Assist the Marketing team in developing product brochures by validating technical data used in product documentation.

**EMV Expertise**
- Develop Perso Scripts.
- Create Perso Profiles for Visa, Mastercard, UPI, AMEX, etc.
- Develop DLL for Perso Machine Integration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a technical management role
- At least 2 years of hands-on programming experience
- Experience with Smart Card technology is a plus.
- Proficient in C++, Java, XML, C#, VB.Net
- Strong understanding of technical infrastructure and data processing
- Experience with security audits and certifications.
