**Responsibilities**:

- Bake a variety of cakes in different flavors and sizes.
- Decorate cakes with precision and creativity using various techniques such as icing, frosting, and fondant.
- Customize cakes for different occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and special events.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that each ice cream cake meets high standards of quality in terms of taste, texture and presentation.
- Monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and ordering or restocking as needed to maintain production efficiency.
- Experimenting with new techniques, flavors, and ingredients to innovate and improve upon existing ice cream cake recipes.
- Adhering to proper hygiene practices and food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Sourcing high-quality ingredients and ensuring they are properly stored and used in the ice cream cake-making process.
- Preferred with knowledge in cookies, muffin, cake and morning goods.
- Preferred with knowledge about NPD ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cake maker and decorator.
- Proficiency in baking various types of cakes.
- Strong artistic and creative skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in decorating cakes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Food handler's certificate (preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety principles and proper sanitation practices is crucial for maintaining a clean and safe working environment and preventing foodborne illnesses.
- Understanding the properties and characteristics of different ingredients used in ice cream cake making, including ice cream, cake bases, fillings, and decorations, is essential for creating delicious and visually appealing cakes.
