**Position Summary**

We are hiring a **AutoCAD & Joinery Site Supervisor** to manage day-to-day site operations for **luxury residential, commercial, and specialty projects**. This role is key to ensuring smooth execution, timely progress, and premium quality finishes, with a hands-on approach from start to handover.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Manage **labor teams, site foremen, and client** efficiently.
- Coordinate with **designers, project managers, and suppliers** to ensure timely material deliveries and smooth execution.
- Implement and monitor **site protection, health & safety standards, and quality control procedures**.
- Interpret **technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation** to guide execution.
- Provide **daily progress reports**, site photographs, and activity logs to the office team.
- Should have knowledge of **Joinery Fit-out & Familiar with AutoCAD & 3D**

**1-3 years of site supervision experience** in **luxury interior fit-out** within the UAE market.

Strong **understanding of drawings, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination**, and installation sequences.

**Organized, disciplined, and proactive** in solving site challenges.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate between **office teams, site labor, and suppliers** effectively.

Valid UAE driving license is **plus point**.
