Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in coffee preparation techniques and beverage customization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer concerns tactfully.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations in a cafe setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

**Salary**: AED1,400.00 - AED1,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
