**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the daily activities of construction workers on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and direct the efforts of subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth workflow on the project.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and removal of materials and equipment on-site.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure that the team understands and executes tasks correctly.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring that all work complies with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress is on track, and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, labor hours, and project costs.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of construction materials on-site.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation to project management.
- Manage manpower and allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all local construction codes, permits, and environmental standards specific to the UAE.
- Handle administrative duties such as organizing schedules, tracking budgets, and managing subcontractors.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license to transport workers, equipment, or materials when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a General Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry, particularly in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and local codes.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety protocols.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in construction management is a plus.
- Previous experience working with diverse teams and managing large-scale projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in construction project management software is a plus.

**Work Environment**:
This position will involve working on-site at various construction locations across the UAE. The General Foreman may need to work in outdoor environments and potentially in challenging weather conditions. Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.
