The Upholstery Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process of upholstered furniture. **Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.

Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of orders.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.

Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.

Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related issues.

Conduct regular quality inspections to identify and address product defects.

Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in upholstery techniques.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years experience as Upholstery Production Supervisor.

Should be fluent in the English language ( Preferable level B2 ).

Should be comfortable communicating in Hindi/Urdu.

Proven experience in upholstery production, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of upholstery materials and techniques.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Do you have the knowledge of technological processes for the production of upholstered furniture (manufacturing a wooden frame, gluing with foam rubber and technical fabrics, closing fabrics, sewing covers, final assembly) ?
