**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of construction tradespeople and ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects. The Site Supervisor will liaise with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure project milestones are met, materials are ordered, and schedules are maintained.

**Qualifications**:
UAE DRIVING LICENSE HOLDERS PREFERRED
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment
- Experience in supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Timely and quality production
- Managing Fitout Works at Site
- Assist clients at Site
- Work closely with the joinery staff and be able to explain drawings/ designs to them
- Take care of procurement for the joinery and sites
- Material Procurement
- Should be proficient in Autocad. Furniture design, Joinery Drawings
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety and ability to enforce safety standards on-site
- Degree or diploma in Construction or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Interior Design & Decor and familiarity with furniture conceptualization is a plus
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- At least 4 years of Experience in an Interior Design Company and managed Furniture Production as well as site works.
