Job title: Sales Representative (Interior Design)

Basic salary is AED 3000 plus commission will reach AED 30,000 and more.

Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to bring new projects for the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate construction interior fit-out solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Job Requirements:

- Must have a Valid UAE driving license.
- have his or her own residency visa is (preferable).
- should have a proven experience in the interior design industry within UAE.
- He or she must have a good database of clients in order to communicate with them to bring new projects for the company.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and the ability to communicate.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: Basic salary is AED 3000 plus commission will reach AED 30,000 and more.

**Experience**:
Sales (Interior Design): at least 1 year.

المسمى الوظيفي: مندوب مبيعات (لشركة تصميم داخلي)

الراتب الأساسي هو 3000 درهم بالإضافة إلى العمولة التي تصل إلى 30,000 درهم وأكثر.

مسؤوليات العمل:

- القدرة على التواصل مع العملاء الجدد و ذلك من أجل جلب مشاريع جديدة للشركة.
- تحديد ومتابعة فرص عمل جديدة من خلال التنقيب والتواصل والاتصال.
- بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات القوية مع العملاء والمهندسين المعماريين ومصممي الديكور الداخلي والمقاولين وغيرهم من المتخصصين في مجال العمل.
- فهم احتياجات العميل ومتطلباته من أجل إيجاد حلول التجهيز الداخلي المناسبة للبناء.
- إعداد وتقديم عروض المبيعات والمقترحات وعروض الأسعار للعملاء المحتملين و الجدد.
- التفاوض على العقود واتفاقيات التسعير لإتمام المبيعات وتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات.
- التنسيق مع باقي الفرق لضمان تسليم وتركيب المنتجات والخدمات في الوقت المناسب.
- كن على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات الصناعة وتطورات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة ودعم للعملاء طوال عملية البيع وما بعدها.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات والحملات الترويجية.

متطلبات العمل:

- يجب أن يكون لديك رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول.
- يفضل أن يكون لديك تأشيرة إقامة خاصة بك.
- يجب أن تتمتع بخبرة مثبتة في مجال التصميم الداخلي داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- ويجب أن تكون لديك قاعدة بيانات جيدة من العملاء حتى تتمكن من التواصل معهم لجلب مشاريع جديدة للشركة.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ التصميم الداخلي والقدرة على التواصل.
- تواصل ممتاز باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكذلك كجزء من فريق تعاوني.

نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل

الراتب الأساسي هو 3000 درهم بالإضافة إلى العمولة التي تصل إلى 30,000 درهم وأكثر.

خبرة في مبيعات (التصميم الداخلي): سنة على الأقل.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
