.Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all building systems.Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.Respond to and resolve maintenance issues and emergencies in a timely manner.Develop and manage the facility maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking costs.Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and warranty information.Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in facility maintenance technology and equipment.Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.Ensure a safe and clean working environment for employees and visitors by implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures. Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry.Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and contractors.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.Proficiency in computer software and maintenance management systems.Fluency in English (additional languages may be a plus).
- Must have strong skills in their work
- Must be professional especially in their field and has the ability to decide on their own.
- Follow up the SOPS to their workers in project base KPIS and Safety
- Making daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Must have computer skills and reporting.
- Can be flexible and trustworthy.

**Visa Status**: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid),Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice

**Passport** should be valid for more than 6 months.

**Driving License**: Optional not Mandatory

**Location**: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai and is willing to take trial.

**Age**: between 30 - 45 years old

**Salary**: 4000-5000 AED Full Package
