**Kitchen Cooks (Italian Cuisine, Pizza and Pasta) wanted for Eataliano Restaurant in Ajman Alzorah Golf Club**

**Location**: Ajman

**Salary**: AED 1,600 - 3,000 (Experience Dependent)
- Note: Only applicants with Italian cuisine experience will be considered._

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pasta Preparation**: Prepare a variety of pasta dishes, ensuring consistent quality and taste according to recipes.
- **Pizza Making**: Prepare and cook pizzas using traditional techniques, including hand-stretching dough and managing a pizza oven.
- **Ingredient Management**: Assist in the preparation and portioning of ingredients.
- **Kitchen Operations**: Support all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an Italian kitchen, specifically with pasta and pizza.
- Skilled in opening dough by hand - a significant plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
