The Brewhouse Gastropub, located in Downtown Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager. Although new to Abu Dhabi, Brewhouse has grown popular especially in its approach to fusion, modern gastronomy, offering the very best of craft hops and epic gastro dishes. We are looking for an experienced F&B manager to take Brewhouse to the next level, bringing their expertise and innovation to the table when it comes to managing F&B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.

F&B Manager responsibilities include:

- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Continually manage inventory levels
- Come up with innovative marketing offers and opportunities
- Proactively seek business opportunities that will support growth

Requirements and skills
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service-minded

**Salary**: From AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- F&B Manager: 2 years (preferred)
