**Job Position: Amazon UAE Trainer**

Are you a skilled trainer with a passion for empowering others and driving success? We are hiring an **Amazon UAE Trainer** to deliver top-tier training programs and help individuals excel in their Amazon careers. Join us in shaping the future of e-commerce talent in the UAE

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct hands-on training sessions for Amazon-related processes, tools and best practices.**:

- **Create and deliver engaging, customized training content** for individuals and teams.
- Stay updated on Amazon standards, policies and operational requirements.
- Provide coaching and support to trainees to ensure skill mastery and operational excellence.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in training, coaching or mentoring preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
- Strong understanding of Amazon platforms, tools and operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and adapt training material to suit diverse learning styles.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and Urdu/Hindi are a plus).
- A results-driven attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire trainees.
