**Job Description**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Servers to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Food Server at House of Hype, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring they enjoy every moment of their visit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests’ warmth and hospitality.
- Provide detailed information about food and drink offerings, including specials and dietary options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Ensure timely and efficient service, delivering orders with attention to detail and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Uphold House of Hype's high standards of service, safety, and hygiene.

About you
- Previous experience as a food server or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- A passion for food, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
