We are looking for experts in airport passenger services training with a wealth of relevant operational experience to join our dynamic training team. The **Operational Training Partner for Airport Passenger Services**will provide strategic support to the business in the design, development and delivery of business-critical operational training solutions aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.
**In this role, you will**:
- Deliver operational training to ensure business units meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Deliver a learning experience which meets Emirates Group standard as outlined by Learning Experience Standards.
- Manage trainee records and assessments in line with the expectations of the Regulatory Compliance and Audit unit guidelines.
- Ensure that all learning solutions are up-to-date and all updates from the business are implemented.
- Maintain regulatory and compliance training records and licenses.
- Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
- Deliver training at outstations when required.
- Keep up to date with trends in learning and instructional techniques.
**Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor level qualification with 5 years of experience working in Airport Passenger Services.
- Strong experience in operational training facilitation.
- Strong in communication skills, excellent at collaboration and influence.
- Digitally literate and an advocate for the digital transformation of the employee experience.
