- Strong knowledge and certified in anatomy and physiology. Certified physiotherapy will be a plus.
- You will set up and deliver group and personal wellness and fitness sessions for guests.
- Assess the condition and fitness of your guests and tailor wellness sequences that are appropriate for their physical condition and will address their needs.
- Competent to lead any appropriate wellness activities for pregnant women, children, teenagers, older people, and those with special needs.
- Prepare nutritional guidance for the guest and provide retail options and upsell supplements and wellness products.
- You are passionate about positively influencing the wellbeing of yourself and your guests.
- You have a keen interest in holistic therapies and love passing on your knowledge and skills to others.
- Eager to combine your energy to deliver truly outstanding yoga sessions and will be able to demonstrate the qualities and experience to others.
- To ensure that the fitness center-Exclusive areas kept in the optimum condition and up to date on latest fitness trends.
- To be available for Private Lessons in Personal Fitness Training and Fitness Programs, Yoga different styles, Pilates, Meditation classes when requested.
- To assist in areas that are requested out of your usual scope of work.
- To participate in any training sessions when requested.
- To be able to perform first aid.
- To be able to converse well with our guests.
- To report all issues and or incidents to your direct report or senior manager.
- To achieve or exceed budgeted sales targets while effectively controlling cost and safeguarding assets
- Attends daily briefings, paying more attention to the number of Children in house, VIPs and overall occupancy for the days ahead in order to be staffed accordingly
- Neat and clean professional presentation always as per grooming policy and in uniform provided
- Submit purchase requests for replacement whenever necessary
- To explore any new revenues streams for the yoga, fitness, and activity section

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge and certified in anatomy and physiology.
- Should know - Yoga, Sound healing, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, PT background
- Certified physiotherapy will be a plus.
- Degree in Physical Education, Recreation or Sports
- Diploma or Degree in physiotherapy is an added advantage
- Internationally approved fitness certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hospitality Industry as fitness instructor
- Must have a stable career history
- Trackable references to support the role applied for.
