**About the job**

**FANDA ARCHITECTS** is **URGENTLY** seeking a talented and creative **Interior Designer** to join our team for our **SHARJAH BRANCH**. As an Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. You will work closely with the senior design team to develop concepts, create 3D models, and produce detailed drawings for client presentations and construction.

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Currently residing in Sharjah/Someone willing to relocate or commute to Sharjah
- Have excellent knowledge of interior details
- Must be willing to learn, meet deadlines, and take initiative
- Good communication skills (verbally & written)
- Expertise in Interior Design with an excellent knowledge of materials, design, and details
- Good understanding of the technical side of interior design which is required to implement designs.
- Should be able to produce coherent mood boards for concept presentations.
- Ability to produce material boards that reflect the design intent of each space in accordance with the 3d's.
- Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations and have knowledge of related visualization and photo-realistic rendering techniques
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in 3Ds Max, Vary or Corona, Photoshop, Lumion, and AutoCAD.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
