We are looking for a Receptionist for a Real Estate Company.
**Responsibilities**:
Welcoming a and assisting visitors/clients
Updating the calls list and visitors list.
Handling front desk reception duties such as answering calls, screening, forwarding incoming
Phone calls and performing another task such as filing, photocopying etc
Maintaining and performing General office administration duties
Assisting colleagues with their administrative tasks.
Property or any other inquiries.
Listing and updating properties on the CRM and other portals like Property finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
Coordinating with Brokers for their listings and arranging viewings for respective properties.
Generating client leads to buy, and sell, rent and manage the properties.
REQUIRMENTS:
SHOULD HAVE GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION
**SHOULD HAVE GOOD MS OFFICE KNOWLEDGE (WORD & EXCELL)**
FRESH CANDIDATE CAN APPLY
MUST BE PROACTIVE AND PRESENTABLE
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
