Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for a high energy and results-orientated Territory Sales Manager who will be a strong contributor to the growth of our company. The person managing this territory will travel throughout the states of southern Indiana, southern Illinois, Kentucky, and Tennessee to manage existing business, while developing new leads. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our customers to explore the best adhesive options for their requirements.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Create and implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Utilize the company's CRM tool to track, report, and manage all sales activities.
- Project sales management - seek out opportunities, meet client requirements, manage projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Attend client meetings, events, trade shows and trade association meetings to facilitate networking opportunities.
**Our Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, chemistry or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid UAE driver's license and a clean driving record.
