We are seeking a skilled and experienced ZOHO CRM Developer to join our dynamic business setup company in the UAE. As a ZOHO CRM Developer, you will play a key role in developing, customizing, and optimizing our ZOHO CRM platform to streamline operations, enhance client engagement, and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Customize and Develop**: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in ZOHO CRM to meet the company's business requirements, including workflows, blueprints, and automation.
- **Optimize Performance**: Analyze and enhance the performance of ZOHO CRM by customizing modules, fields, and user interfaces to improve user experience and efficiency.
- **Data Management**: Oversee the management of data within the CRM, including data migration, cleanup, and deduplication, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support and training to internal teams, resolving any issues related to ZOHO CRM functionality and performance.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making and performance tracking.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest updates, features, and best practices related to ZOHO CRM and continuously improve the system’s functionality.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to understand their needs and translate them into effective ZOHO CRM solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Priority will be given to immediate joiners.
- Knowledge of UAE Business Setup Industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ZOHO CRM development and customization in the UAE market.
- Proven experience with ZOHO CRM integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed reports and dashboards.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
