This is a targeted 12-month program committed to cultivating and developing future leaders. Trainees will have the opportunity to go through 2 rotations of 6 months each during the program, which is designed to give hands-on exposure to various business lines within the insurance industry.

You will focus on being an Insurance Broker, where you learn how to understand the technicalities of the insurance business, interact with clients and assess their risks. The end objective will be to independently manage clients, explain the various insurance solutions that suit their requirements and offer additional strategic or advisory services for clients.

Upon completion of the Program, future placement within the organization will be based on performance assessments, skillsets, and business needs.

- Communicate effectively with clarity
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Provide support to the senior management team
- Time Management and ability to complete all tasks effectively
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered
- Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Engineering
- Maximum 0-2 years of experience
- Applicants should be motivated to work in the insurance industry
