A reputed maintenance company in Al Quoz 4 are looking for experienced Carpenters / painter with driving license for Handyman service.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

- Able to work independently from start to finish
- Gypsum ceiling works / repairing of cabinet, windows and doors / Hanging of pictures / Wall and ceiling painting works. Familiar with use of shop tools and equipment such as planers, jointers, shaper, routers, sanders, and various power saws.
- Prepare materials estimates as directed by supervisor.
- Determine type and dimensions of wood stock to be used.
- Maintain and clean equipment and work area.

Qualifications:

- Trade school graduation, or equivalent, and 3 years of experience as carpenter / painter
- Ability to read blueprints and translate into fabricated products.
- Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, including heavy lifting.

**Experience**:
Gulf / UAE: 3 - 4 years as a carpenter / painter (preferred)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
