**Maintain both hard and digital copies of employee records.**
**Coordinate with HR in issuing all necessary documents such as Salary Certificate/ Experience Certificate/ Salary Transfer letter for employees connected with Manpower contracts to avoid complaints from the employees and client in issuing such documents by late.**
**Updating Employee records in the Software (including profile creation)**
**Preparing & maintaining an accurate attendance record of all Manpower Contracts with the focus to be on the personnel at site / on leave.**
**Preparing PR for various training/medicals/air tickets and all other services connected to the department ON TIME & coordinate with concerned authorities till the issuance of necessary PO.**
**Supporting other functions as assigned.**
**Complying with the ISO standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001 Ensuring Compliance with Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities as per the given induction Adhere to the company’s Management Information System.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
