**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural models using Revit and other BIM software throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure accurate model integration.
- Produce structural drawings, detailing, and documentation directly from the BIM model for design, construction, and coordination purposes.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and follow the established project standards and protocols.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues between structural and other discipline models (e.g., architectural, MEP).
- Update and revise models based on design changes, client feedback, or site conditions.
- Participate in design and coordination meetings to ensure effective collaboration with the project team.
- Assist in model audits, quality control checks, and clash detection using tools like Navisworks.
- Prepare structural schedules, quantities, and reports based on BIM data for project management and construction teams.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet project deadlines and client requirements.

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
