**Opportunity**

In order to support the growth of our AMPS (Aftermarket Parts & Service) business, we are looking for a Channel Manager to lead distribution channels across the Middle East and East Africa. You will manage a portfolio and play a key role in the strategic development of our distributor and dealer network in the region.

**Main missions**

  • Define market share objectives and financial plans for channel partners.
  • Develop distributor agreements and strategic growth plans.
  • Drive performance programs, dashboards, and quarterly reviews leading to increased sales of Parts.
  • Manage governance meetings (Channel Change Board, Sales Force, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Service, Training, and Marcom teams.

**Profile**

  • Business, Marketing, or Engineering background.
  • 3--5 years of Heavy Industrial Equipment within market experience in Aftermarket Parts, Service/Sales
  • Proven track record in channel development and partner management.
  • Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%). Middle East, Eastern Africa & France
  • Understanding generators, engines, transfer switches and related controls is not required but helps understand the product.
