Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage project activities related to dismantling, relocation, installation, and pre-testing of high-voltage electrical and associated equipment.
Plan and budget project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation for shutdown works.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, client specifications, and quality procedures.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Manage site activities, including manpower deployment, tools/equipment arrangements, and work permits.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integration during relocation and testing phases.
Monitor progress, control costs, and prepare periodic progress reports.
Ensure successful project completion within agreed timelines and budgets.
**Scope of Work / Major Equipment Involved**:
MV Generator (GE Brand, 13.8 kV, 3.5 MW) including engine, control room, cooling tower, fuel system, and air compressor room.
4 Transformers (1 × 2 MW, 2 × 1.5 MW, 1 × 1 MW).
1 Switchgear (5 Compartment).
2 LV Panels (1 × 16 Compartment, 1 × 8 Compartment).
4 Chillers (350T each with pump room).
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in high-voltage electrical projects, power plant shutdowns, and relocation works.
Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical dismantling, installation, and commissioning projects.
Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, and chillers.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
