**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Professional - IT Infrastructure Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales of our comprehensive ICT offerings. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional sales skills to establish new client relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and exceed revenue targets. Based in the UAE, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence in enterprise IT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Client Acquisition**:

- Drive the sales of IT infrastructure solutions, including enterprise networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud, and virtualization technologies.
- Conduct sales visits across the UAE and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase our products, services, and integrated solutions.
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients, targeting businesses in need of advanced ICT solutions.

**Relationship Management**:

- Nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their IT needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Negotiate sales terms, package discounts, and long-term contracts to secure deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

**Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Prepare and execute effective sales strategies, including managing the sales funnel and implementing plans to achieve or exceed set objectives.
- Track sales performance, document progress toward goals, and adjust strategies as needed to stay on target.
- Collaborate with team members to drive revenue generation and contribute to collective sales success.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of our ICT solution offerings, including IT infrastructure, network technologies, security technologies, cloud, and managed services.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, demonstrating a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Leverage your knowledge to position our solutions as the best fit for client needs.

**Performance and Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on sales metrics, ensuring consistent progress toward individual and team targets.
- Use CRM tools to document client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status for regular updates to management.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure sales (required)
- Proven track record selling enterprise networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience conducting sales visits and negotiating contracts in a B2B environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales acumen with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Technical knowledge of ICT solutions, including IT infrastructure, network technologies, and managed services.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious targets.

**Education**:

- Any disciplines, experience matters.

**Licenses**:

- Valid UAE Driver’s License (required) for conducting sales visits.
