**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES**
- Developing and implementing strategies that promote company’s services and brand. Formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with existing and new consumers. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You’ll be involved in the planning, segmentation, and execution.
- Manage daily growth and development of assigned campaigns. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Creating and uploading website material that is optimised for search engine results.
- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media channels. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Measures and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals.
- Track digital campaigns effectiveness on daily basis (Total leads, CPLs, CTRs and conversion rates etc) and evaluation of the performance against goals and other key performance indicators
- Create, proofread, and edit for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding
- Monitoring digital & social media trends, platforms, customer changing preferences & new technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Developing and analyzing reports on web activity, web page hit count, traffic pattern and similar performance metrics

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with at least 1-year Real Estate Experience in Dubai
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing is a must.
- Google and other digital marketing certifications are required for this role.
- Ability to manage website admin panels and google analytics is a must.
- Digital media agency experience is preferred.
- Understanding of social media management is a must.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret details to observation.
- Good with IT skills such as MS Office and Internet Research.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
