**Altera Infrastructure is a leading player in the offshore energy industry, committed to delivering sustainable solutions and driving innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Commissioning Systems Lead for the Rosebank Project.**
- As the Commissioning Systems Lead, you will play a crucial role within our Project Development and Execution (PDE) unit, ensuring the successful execution of the Rosebank project. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, you will oversee the coordination of commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements._
- Monitor the quality of discipline-related documentation and engineering activities within the EPC.
- Ensure availability of necessary information for commissioning and start-up activities.
- Coordinate Mechanical Completion and Commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Engineering, Construction, and Client teams, to align plans and progress.
- Participate in lessons learned sessions and incorporate relevant insights into the completion process.
- Lead and coordinate N2He Testing activities, facilitating seamless handover transitions.
- Verify system readiness for commissioning and coordinate handover dates with the Contractor.
- Work multifunctionally across Process, Utility, and Marine Systems, as well as in the Turret area.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Technical education at the Bachelor's level or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in operation, project execution, and commissioning.
- Strong leadership qualities with extensive experience in Construction and Mechanical Completion activities.
- Previous experience in FPSO redeployment and UK North Sea projects preferred.
- Familiarity with Clients Completion philosophy and N2He Testing is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
