For our newest Dubai location, we’re looking for an experienced and adaptable 0 Hour Front of House to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a vibrant, expanding team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities (Zero-Hour contract):
This role’s on a zero-hour basis, giving you flexibility to fit work around your schedule while being part of a friendly, fast-paced team.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously, managing tables and reservations as required.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and beverages to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally, resolving minor issues where possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant and service areas.
- Process payments accurately in line with company procedures.
- Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism, appearance, and conduct.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Front of House or customer service role is desirable but not essential.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods.
- Reliable and punctual, with a professional approach to work.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and drink service (training will be provided).
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
