**Qualifications**:

- At least **8 years experience** as LAP in UAE
- **ALDAR approved (required)**

**Requirements**:

- Plan and oversee all lifting operations in accordance with relevant legislation
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare method statements and lift plans for routine and complex lifting activities.
- Select appropriate lifting equipment and ensure proper inspection and certification.
- Liaise with crane operators, riggers, site supervisors, and engineers to coordinate lifting tasks.
- Ensure that all personnel involved in lifting operations are competent and adequately trained.
- Monitor site lifting operations to ensure compliance with safety procedures and project requirements.
- Report and investigate incidents or near-misses related to lifting operations.
- Maintain documentation for all lifting activities, equipment records, and competency certifications.
- Advise management on lifting safety matters and participate in safety meetings and audits.
