The Procurement Planner is responsible for coordinating and managing the procurement activities of a Civil Construction and Farming Company. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements. The Procurement Planner works closely with internal teams and external suppliers to source, purchase, and deliver materials, equipment, and services needed for construction and farming operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies to meet project requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project specifications and develop procurement schedules.

Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations, lead times, and technical specifications for required materials and equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or excesses.

Track and analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.

Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery documentation.

Manage relationships with suppliers, resolve any issues or disputes, and monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon KPIs.

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and emerging trends in procurement practices.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a procurement planner or in a similar role within the construction or farming industry.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.

Familiarity with construction and farming materials, equipment, and industry-specific regulations.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement documentation and reporting.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
