**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote PRODO’s services, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement.
- **Brand Awareness**: Enhance brand visibility by attending industry events, networking, and representing PRODO at key engagements.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- **Proposal Writing**: Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations to secure new business and renew existing contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
