**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate recovery vehicles to assist with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and towing requests.
- Load, secure, and transport vehicles safely to designated service centers or customer locations.
- Conduct pre
- and post-trip inspections of recovery vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate service logs, trip sheets, and reports.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety standards at all times.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service on every job.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for assignments and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Valid UAE driving license (Heavy Vehicle / Recovery category required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recovery Driver or similar role in UAE.
- Familiar with Dubai and other Emirates’ routes.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
- Strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
- Physically fit and able to handle vehicle recovery operations.
