**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, plan, and manage all MEP activities across multiple projects.
- Review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local codes, and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of MEP works.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for MEP works.
- Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues related to MEP works.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, EWE, Civil Defence, and other authority requirements.
- Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment in coordination with procurement and project teams.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems to clients.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the MEP team and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP within the UAE, including 5+ years as MEP Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP design, execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, and EWE, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MEP-related software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Proven track record of managing complex MEP packages in high-rise towers or Hotels projects.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
