Offshore Marine Coordinator

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee marine operations, including vessel scheduling, crew assignments, and logistics planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to maintain safety and environmental standards.
- Monitor vessel movements and communicate with port authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of vessel activities, including cargo handling, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement and finance, to optimize cost-efficiency and resource allocation for marine operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marine transportation, logistics, or a related field.
- Qualifications: Valid certification in marine operations or similar field.
- Industry of work experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marine coordination or related roles.
- Language requirements: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Technical and hard skills: Familiarity with marine operations and logistics software, knowledge of International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations.
- Soft skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- ADNOC APRROVAL if any.
