2. Quantity Surveying: Conduct on-site surveys to quantify materials and labor required for each project phase, including walls, ceilings, flooring, and fixtures.

3. Pricing Analysis: Research market prices for materials and subcontractor services to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective solutions.

4. Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including cost breakdowns, to submit to clients for project tendering.

5. Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering without compromising quality or project requirements.

6. Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
