Shall be an Electrical Engineer Graduate with more than **7 Years** experience as **MEP coordinator/ Manager**,and shall have FEWA Electrical Engineer/ Senior electrical engineer licence, or shall obtain the same within 3 months of joining.
To lead a team of experienced engineers and technical staff towards the below responsibilities:
1. To work closely with QS team to prepare / finalize MEP estimation for tender projects.
2. To be able to handle and lead multiple projects with separate teams
3. To review review IFC drawings and submit any variations/ discrepencies from tender drawings.
4. To ensure submission and approval of MEP drawings and technical submittals on time for projetcs.
5. To recommend value engineering and cost saving for the projects.
6. To prepare and follow the costing of all projects with the operations team to ensure the project is executed within the estimated cost.
7. To highlight and raise any variations to client and consultant for the project.
8. To act as point of contact for the consultants and client with regard to the MEP services.
9. To be the point of contact for the local Authorities (FEWA, civil defense, etisalat, SEWA) for the submissions and approvals for the projects.
10. To be monitoring the site team through site engineers and foreman to ensure the technicians at site are utilized properly and the site progress is in line with the base line program.
11. To coordinate with the civil engineering team to ensure the work progress aided by timely site inspections and approvals.
12. To monitor and ensure the documentations works at site are proper.
13. Collect & review quotations and finalize MEP Subcontractors for the projects.
14. Confirming and assigning scope of works with technical specifications for contract agreement for MEP subcontractors
15. Reporting to the construction manager.
16. Shall be attending all site meetings for ongoing projects and meetings for tender projects as well.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
