**Job Profile**:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts in **Tally Prime**.
- Record daily accounting transactions including **receipts, payments, journal entries, and adjustments**.
- Prepare and reconcile **bank statements, supplier accounts**, and **customer ledgers**.
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable**, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Oversee inventory tracking, **stock reconciliation**, and cost analysis.
- Prepare and manage **financial statements**, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and submit **monthly, quarterly**, and **annual financial reports**.
- Manage and submit **budgeting, forecasting, cost control**, and **variance analysis** activities.
- **Coordinate with production teams** to verify expenses and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Handle **VAT filings, Corporate Tax filings, compliance**, and **other statutory** submissions.
- Assist in **audit preparation** and provide required financial data to auditors.
- Maintain proper documentation and support schedules for all accounting activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory)**.
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
- **Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and financial reporting**.
- Good command of **MS Excel including Pivot Tables** and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent **attention to detail**, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to **work independently to meet deadlines** and as part of a team.
- Experience as an accountant within UAE.: at least 1 year (required)
- UAE Driving License (preferable)
