Real Estate Manager in Dubai

Oversee and manage the daily operations of real estate properties.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and profitability.
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
.Manage and negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective advertising and promotional strategies.
Monitor and analyze financial performance of properties, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and handle any tenant complaints or issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Supervise and train a team of property management staff. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management.
Strong knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations.
Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) preferred.
Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) preferred
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
