As we continue to expand our team, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Draftsman to join our dynamic group of professionals.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed joinery drawings based on design specifications.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and production teams to refine and finalize drawings.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Review project requirements and identify potential design and production challenges.
- Provide technical support to the production team during the manufacturing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Joinery Draftsman.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of joinery techniques and woodworking processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
